Thanks to the cycle path Greenway Jizera is possible to visit a number of cultural sights while travelling on a scooter. Right in Malá Skála are Bouček’s farm and castles Vranov and Frýdštejn. If you go on the cycle path towards Dolánky, you will see on your way a few timber houses and in Dolánky is located Dlask’s farm.
From Dolánky is possible to go through Turnov and visit for example chateau Hrubý Rohozec, where you can see a romantic artificial cave in a high limestone cliff or visit a Jewish synagogue in Krajířova Street in Turnov. There are also several churches in Turnov, where during the summer take place guided tours and you definitely should not miss visiting the Museum of the Bohemian Paradise with the exhibition devoted to gem cutting.
If you go from Malá Skála in the opposite direction – to Železný Brod, do not miss visiting of the Municipal Museum there, with the exhibition about the history of glass making in the region. In farm Běliště you can see an interesting ethnographic exhibition. Not far from Běliště is a church of St. Jakub Větší, with a wooden bell tower. The original one from the 18th century was in 2007 completely destroyed by an arsonist and the fire also irrecoverably damaged two treasurable bells. A year later took place a reconstruction and nowadays stays on the same place a fully reconstructed bell tower along with replicas of the original bells.
